Sahana Sriram

Psychotherapist
QTBIPOC/Immigrant/Trauma/Relational
LMHC

I specialize in working with adults who have learned to survive through achievement, perfectionism, or staying small; people who look like they’re doing fine on the outside, but feel anxious, disconnected, or exhausted inside.

As a therapist and a former educator, my work is grounded in curiosity, clarity, and care.

We don’t just talk about what’s hard; we work on it together in real time — building awareness, new habits, and emotional safety that lasts. My practice integrates AEDP and IFS with an Anti Oppression lens. You can expect therapy that’s collaborative, compassionate, and attuned to realities of cultural pressure, burnout, loneliness, or self-criticism.

I’m an Indian, immigrant, and bisexual woman, and those experiences shape how I hold space for nuance, belonging, and identity.
