Sadaaf Mamoon

I’m a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent therapist-in-training of South Asian descent. It’s very important to me to bring my held identities and core values of connection, curiosity, gratitude and grace into the therapeutic spaces I share. I use an integrative person-centered, mindfulness and acceptance-based approach grounded in feminist, multicultural and queer theories. I work with QTPOC individuals looking to explore their intersectionality, partners navigating mixed-identity, kink-forward and/or ENM relationships, neurodivergent folks coping under capitalism, 1st and 2nd gen immigrants healing intergenerational trauma and young adults adjusting to major life transitions.
