Psychotherapist
LGBTQIA+/BIPOC/Religious Trauma
LMSW, CTP

I utilize a humanistic and integrative approach to therapy which first prioritizes the importance of human relationships (the therapeutic alliance) and totality of the human experience (in all its nuance and complexities). My therapeutic framework ensures an empathic, collaborative, and relational dynamic is fostered where patients are involved in their own decision making, treatment planning, efforts to self-actualize / self-regulate, and to be self-determined. Together, we will ensure our shared space is culturally inclusive, affirming, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and which prioritizes your therapeutic objectives. I also prioritize a fluid & holistic approach to treatment that centers an anti-colonial praxis and commits itself to the core values of anti-racism and social justice.
