I am a queer Latinx therapist of Dominican descent that specializes ins substance abuse, eating disorders, OCD and PTSD. In my personal experience as a provider and individual seeking mental health services, I have see the disparity in the quality of care that LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folxs receive and it is my goal to address that. My individual style of therapy involves the use of evidence practice tailored to your specific mental health needs while also acknowledging the systemic factors that are impacting you. I believe therapy is a collaborative and active process so our sessions are structured but flexible.
