Setting and achieving our goals can instill a sense of agency and purpose in our lives. I aim to serve as a support for empowerment through self-discovery, self-acceptance, and becoming your best. My aim is to effectively support your self-defined therapy goals; we will use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills and Mentalization-Based Treatment skills in tandem to collaboratively program our work together and champion your growth and healing. I lead a sliding-scale DBT Skills group as well. I am poly/ENM/kink/queer/trans-affirming and we will co-create a space that honors your identity. You define your life worth living. We actualize it together.
