I see the therapeutic relationship as a radical container where we can build mutual trust and explore the expansiveness that makes you *you*. As a queer person of color, it’s extremely important to me that our community gets the care we need, and that we have access to that which makes a life—dreaming, expression, joy, and rest.

My practice is informed by the scholarship of black feminism, indigenous wisdom, and somatic/body-based healing modalities. As a writer, artist, esthetician, and yoga teacher, I am fully open and well-practiced in bringing ritual, self-care, holistic mindfulness, and narrative therapeutic techniques into our treatment.

It would be an honor to meet you wherever you happen to be on your journey <3
