You may find yourself moving between different worlds: family, culture, sexuality, spirituality, relationships, or expectations of who you’re supposed to be. Sometimes those parts fit together; at other times, they pull you in different directions. I work especially with immigrants, LGBTQIA+ people, and BIPOC clients navigating identity, intimacy, belonging, family, and change. I offer therapy in English, German, Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish, and Urdu. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and psychodynamically oriented. Together, we might slow things down, notice recurring patterns, and pay attention to feelings that are difficult to name. I see therapy as a space to think and feel together, ask better questions, and create more room for choice, connection, and life that feels your own.
