I’m a licensed psychotherapist in NYC, following a 15 year career writing and producing musical theatre. I work with tweens, teens, and adults, incorporating my theatre background within a relational and contemporary psychoanalytic approach. My style is warm, creative, and playful. Together, we play with what feels uncertain, messy, and a little uncomfortable. I follow what feels alive between us, welcoming laughter and embracing surprise. I come to this work with a natural curiosity and interdisciplinary mind; I am interested in who you are, not just what brought you here. I am a candidate in psychoanalytic training from The National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP).
