Rachel Blum Levy

My therapy practice specializes in the navigation of grief and life transitions, with the goal of building resilience and post-traumatic growth. Clients come to me to process chronic illness, death, divorce, friend loss, depression, anxiety, and more. Many, but not all, of my clients identify as activists and creatives, and I encourage clients to bring music and art to sessions. I also facilitate a support group for caregivers.

Separately, I am a mediator. I specialize working with queer/trans/ENM separating couples who are divorcing. In this role, I help you come to your own agreements about what happens next – reducing court time and increasing agency.

Post-Graduate Training: National Institute for the Psychotherapies, Center for Mediation & Training

I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (formerly Empire), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare.
