My therapy practice specializes in the navigation of grief and life transitions, with the goal of building resilience and post-traumatic growth. Clients come to me to process explorations of trans and queer identities, living with chronic illnesses, caring for loved ones, trauma, and more. I specialize in working with creatives and activists, and I encourage the use of music and art in sessions. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, ACT, IFS, narrative, harm reduction, and feminist modalities.
Separately, I am a mediator. I specialize in working with queer/trans/ENM couples who are divorcing. I also mediate conflicts between friends and family.
Post-Graduate Training: Narrative Therapy Centre of Toronto, National Institute for the Psychotherapies, and Center for Mediation and Training
I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (formerly Empire), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare.
