I am a Resident in Counseling with a PhD in counselor education and supervision. I specialize in gender affirming care, and heavily utilize narrative, feminist, anti-racist, and pro-disability critical foundations. I heavily utilize ACT, DBT, and narrative techniques and have significant experience in helping those diagnosed with BPD, anxiety, and depression. I love supporting the neurodivergent community and utilizing therapy to live a fulfilling life despite intensely oppressive system. I recognize that therapy is a part of the colonist system and closely work with my clients to create safety plans that account for the harm that the healthcare complex often perpetuates.
