I believe that healing is possible within the warmth of a supportive, honest and non-judgmental relationship. Whether you’re struggling with sadness, isolation, worry or pain, the safety of the therapeutic relationship can make carrying these normal human emotions less heavy. While beginning with a new therapist can feel daunting, together we will build a meaningful connection where your own voice and unique strengths will lead the healing journey. Through my work with individuals, couples, and families, I create a space for you to build confidence and self-esteem, reduce stress, and improve communication.
