Hi there! I’m Nisha, an LMHC living in NYC. I’m EMDR trained, working with attachment-based trauma alongside acute and complex trauma. I work most closely with QTBIPOC, trans and gender-expansive folks, and neurodivergent people. I believe we hold our stories in our bodies, and I approach them with a strengths-based lens that centers the resourcefulness you’ve already built. My work is intersectional and social-justice oriented. You’re welcome and encouraged to bring the parts of your life you’ve learned to leave at the door. I aim to cultivate a space free of shame, one that lets you bring your own with curiosity. My hope is you leave feeling a little more seen than when you arrived.
