I act as an ally and accomplice, offering support as you walk the path of questioning and transformation. My work with adults and teens focuses on depression, anxiety, sexuality, gender, trauma, oppression, loss, joy, and meaning. I am currently accepting remote individual clients for S.A.F.E. EMDR therapy, a form of therapy that helps people come to terms with traumatic memories so they can live more fully in the present. Expect a blend of humor, encouragement, and challenge in your work with me. When not working with private practice clients, I am a counselor and GSA facilitator at a local high school.
