I’m a queer, Xicanx/white psychotherapist who provides affirming care to QTBIPOC navigating depression, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, and loss. My approach integrates elements of attachment-based therapy, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing, with an awareness that Western therapeutic models often overlook the significance of collective healing.
I am not a blank slate therapist; I bring my humanity, humor, and lived experiences into the room, creating space for healing through the therapeutic alliance.
I currently offer virtual sessions.
