I specialize in neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ folx: autism, ADHD, identity, relationships that don’t fit the mold, perfectionism, burnout, and everything in between. I’m queer, poly, kinky, and an immigrant, and I bring that into every session.
A lot of my clients have spent years feeling like they needed to shrink, explain, or justify who they are. Much of our work is about unlearning that, figuring out who you actually are underneath it. This work can be honest, a little messy, and occasionally funny. That’s kind of the point.
