We all need spaces in our lives to be seen and heard. There are times, however, when it can be hard to find those spaces of acceptance. My approach towards psychotherapy incorporates an integrative style (CBT, DBT, relational, narrative) and focuses on each individual’s unique stories, strengths, and places of resilience. I work with folks coping with a variety of issues including depression; anxiety; grief; the intersection of faith, spirituality, gender identity, and sexual orientation; living with HIV; and major life changes and transitions. I have extensive experience working with diverse communities and enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I will work with you to create a safer space in which to explore various life goals through collaboration and acceptance.
