Living and operating within oppressive systems, especially when holding more progressive and radical values, can often feel contradictory and isolating. As a Peer Support Specialist, I facilitate an affirming, collaborative environment where we can navigate some of these contradictions, while also exploring issues surrounding identity, relationships, and self-esteem.
I have experience working directly with queer & BIPOC communities, children of immigrants, activists, students, and young working professionals. I am excited to work with individuals of these backgrounds and experiences, as well as with those who are navigating life transitions, dealing with high-stress environments, or exploring support/counseling with a sense of curiosity.
