At Head Noodle Psychiatry, we provide compassionate, individualized psychiatric care for teens and adults (ages 12+). My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and owned, trauma-informed, and focused on seeing each patient as a whole person—not a number or diagnosis. We specialize in medication management integrated with supportive therapy for OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, personality disorders and emotional regulation. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered in your mental health journey.
Most commercial insurances accepted, including Optum (Oscar, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford), Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Anthem, Empire and most state-specific plans), Cigna, Aetna, and many Carelon plans. Must be physically located in NY at time of appointment. Medicare/Medicaid not accepted. I also accept private pay patients.
