I approach therapy as a unique form of collaborative exploration that can open new ways to experience and think about ourselves and our desires. My style is warm, direct, and stems from a place of curiosity and acceptance. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which means we will explore the roots of patterns and beliefs so that we can loosen their hold on the present. Through insight and acceptance it is possible to find relief from psychological suffering and experience the richness of life, with all its joys and sorrows.
I have experience working across differences of race, age, class, and gender, and am LGBTQ+ and kink affirming. I enjoy working with people exploring creativity, desire, and their sense of self. Please reach out for a free consultation.
