I’m a Queer-identified therapist whose specialties include working with individuals, couples, and polycules around sex, gender, and relationship functioning; cross-cultural identity evolution and affirmation; trauma processing and integration; managing anxiety and skills to help you “unstuck”; and finding balance and managing stress for artists, creatives, and other professionals.
I create a therapeutic space guided by a commitment to cultural humility and trauma-informed, Queer-affirming practices; I welcome all political, spiritual, and cultural perspectives. I employ a combination of skills-based and insight oriented, evidence-based approaches.
I am fluent in Mandarin and have a particular passion for working with LGBTQ+ folks and cross-culturally.
