I consider life’s biggest question to be “What does my life mean to me?”. This has always been my compass. My journey took me from service industry work to people team management, and finally to becoming a therapist. I earned my degree in Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan College and have spent the past year and a half with Intentional Wellness Psychotherapy.
As your therapist, I will walk with you through daily challenges and life transitions, cultivating an affirming, inclusive space where your identity, story, and meaning matter. My specialties include sexuality, gender, trauma, grief, aging, and life transitions. I’d be honored to collaborate with you as you define what matters most.
