I work with couples and partners in all relationship structures, including kink, polyamorous, ENM, and LGBTQ+ relationships. Many of the couples I see care deeply for one another but feel stuck in cycles of miscommunication, power struggles, mismatched needs, or uncertainty about whether their relationship can truly support who they are becoming. Often, one or both partners are questioning not just the relationship, but whether they are fully seen, accepted, and desired within it. My approach to couples therapy is relational, non-pathologizing, and deeply affirming of diverse identities, desires, and family structures. I help partners slow down reactive patterns, explore attachment and power dynamics, and have honest conversations about intimacy, boundaries, consent, and safety.
