Psychologist
Relationship Issues/Kink

I challenge the idea that mental health should be measured by mood, as mood is fluid and often varies moment to moment. Rather, I measure mental wellness by whether you live with meaning and purpose and linearly to your own beliefs and values. My approach to psychotherapy is attuned, reflective, and collaborative. I perceive the therapeutic alliance as the foundation to creating a deeper, more forgiving, and compassionate relationship to yourself and living a more integrated life. My clinical style is warm, genuine, and curious. I approach therapy through integrating principles of psychodynamic, relational, and east-west psychology. I am also trained in DBT, EMDR, clinical hypnosis, and mindfulness-based interventions. I have a special interest in kink (BDSM/ABDL) and complex trauma.

I am in-network with Aetna, UHC, BCBS, Optum, and Oxford.
