As we navigate this time of over-stimulation and grief, it’s challenging to maintain a connection to our inner landscapes and true needs. I work with clients to tap into breath and body, so that together we can build a safer environment to explore challenging emotions and uplift our most authentic selves.
As an organizer for queer liberation, I arrive to this work as a humble, non-judgmental partner. I aim to bring a trauma-informed and culturally humble approach. Therapeutically, I draw heavily on IFS/parts work, somatic, and psychodynamic modalities. I have experience working with sex work, kink, CNM, gender transition, body image/shame, and depression/anxiety. My background in harm reduction informs my approach to substance use and renegotiating relationships to substances, as well.
