Therapy is not a “one size fits all” scenario and you deserve a person- centered approach to your care that is tailored to your individual needs. My role as your therapist is to make sure your needs are being met and that you are working towards becoming the best version of yourself. I chose to be a therapist because I saw firsthand that there was a lack of representation among the LGBTQIA+ community and there was nobody who really understood the issues we are faced with as a community. You deserve to have a therapist that can relate to you and your experiences. Seeking to change old patterns and behaviors is hard. I am excited to potentially go on this journey with you in helping you become the best version of yourself.
