I started practicing therapy to build the kind of therapy space I always wished existed, one that’s unapologetically inclusive, radically affirming, and deeply human.My approach is shaped just as much by my clinical training as it is by my lived experience. I know what it’s like to wrestle with anxiety, question your identity, and crave spaces that just get you. As a queer therapist and proud dad of two incredible boys (and a husband who keeps me grounded), I bring heart, humor, and realness into the therapy room.I believe in the magic of long-term therapy, because healing isn’t linear, and life keeps unfolding. Together, we’ll build something that lasts.
