I strive to honor the complexity of your lived experience while fostering a space where you can be your whole self. Humor, cursing, or other authentic forms of self-expression are welcomed and valued. It’s important to me that my therapeutic relationships feel collaborative and non-judgmental. Together, we approach your experiences and challenges with curiosity, gentleness, and compassion. Healing and growth are not linear; they unfold uniquely for each person. This practice honors your pace and values your voice in shaping the process.
My work is trauma-informed and anti-oppression oriented. I draw from various therapeutic modalities including compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, relational, person-centered, as well as trauma-focused therapies EMDR, TF-CBT and IFS.
I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oscar Health, Oxford, and Medicare Advantage.
