Grounded in a non-pathologizing approach to sexual health and desire, my therapeutic style is empathetic, direct, and nonjudgmental. I welcome clients exactly as they are and often draw on narrative and storytelling to explore complex histories and experiences. My practice focuses on intimacy, communication, trauma recovery, and meeting the diverse needs of both LGBTQ+ and heterosexual individuals and couples. My background also includes working with survivors of trafficking, pregnant and postpartum individuals, new parents, military families, and foster youth transitioning into adulthood. While I have additional experience in these areas, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and experiences.
