As a late-diagnosed autistic, chronically ill person, I know the cost of moving through systems not built for bodyminds like mine in mind. I know what it takes—to show up (or not), to endure, to arrive. I’m here to meet you where you are and create a space that’s truly yours.

That might mean lying down, tending to pain, stimming, softening light and sound; creating; taking apart; a lot of words; no words; sitting in grief, contradiction, uncertainty—in health, relationships, beliefs. Maybe all of it. Maybe none.

Your struggles aren’t failures—they’re signs of survival. And survival isn’t small—it’s the seed of becoming. Together, we’ll tend to the now and grow toward what’s next, until being yourself is no longer something you reach for or resist, but something you might like to rest in.
