I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, identity exploration, sexuality, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients. I work to create an affirming space to explore identity, relationships, and the challenges of navigating an increasingly complex world. I believe therapy doesn’t have to look the same for everyone—and that meaningful work can include everything from deeper self-exploration to practical problem-solving to simply having an honest conversation.
