Grief and death are hard to talk about in this society. Gender and sexuality can also leave people feeling confused. We may feel stuck dealing with these kinds of emotional issues in isolation, lacking understanding and guidance. I am a psychotherapist specializing in grief, depression, and anxiety around transitions related to relationships, gender, and loss. I practice in the West Village and work with young and older adults in LGBTQ communities and beyond.
