Over the last 14 years I’ve had the joy and privilege of walking alongside folks as they make meaning of their lives and who they are. I work predominately with individuals and folks in non traditional relationships who are seeking to reduce anxiety and pain in their lives and live more freely and confidently. I’m a psychodynamic and relational practitioner which means I believe the past makes itself known in the present and that healing happens in relationship. I think we feel more attuned with ourselves and others when we feel like our internal worlds are more intimately known and understood. I have extensive experience with gender expansive folks, people interested in exploring kink or firmly rooted in a practice, and also with non traditional family making.
