As a queer, bionic, cisgender woman, I bring both lived experience and evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral interventions to support your healing and progress. My therapy style is conversational and utilizes tools curated for each individual’s unique needs; I do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach and pride myself in finding the tools that work best for you and your goals.
