I am a licensed social worker and integrative healing coach who has been providing affirming support to queer survivors, sex workers, and kink and poly communities for over a decade. The style of care I offer is warm, relational, practical, and informed by harm reduction, human rights, body liberation, and liberation-focused frameworks. I specialize in a form of IFS therapy called Somatic Parts Work which blends meditation, mindful Self compassion, and gentle embodiment practices to empower clients with concrete skills they can use between sessions. This approach is especially useful for people experiencing intrusive trauma symptoms who are seeking safety in the body and in relationships, as well as those curious about exploring spirituality and healing beyond traditional talk therapy.
I am licensed for social work practice in NY specifically, but my coaching practice allows me to work virtually with folks across state lines.
