I am a queer/bisexual Registered Dietitian (RD) specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating with the ongoing aim of providing supportive nutrition counseling through an anti-oppression, size inclusive, therapeutically informed lens. I work with adults of all genders, offering a judgment-free space to discuss eating patterns, movement and body image-related concerns, invitations to unpack and challenge assumptions or internalized beliefs about these topics, and tailored support in cultivating behaviors that foster genuine physical, mental and emotional well-being.
