Many of my clients are freelancers and creatives and/or have non-linear career paths. I work with folks who are experiencing major life transitions, whether intended or not. Much of the time, this work involves finding agency and acceptance in the midst of uncertainty. My style is warm, empathic, and collaborative, and I take time to build genuine trust in the therapeutic relationship.
I’m guided by values of social justice & liberation, and I believe therapy is political. I work with LGBTQ+ folks, and I’m kink-affirming and experienced in working with poly/ENM relationships. However you show up, my goal is to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration, so we can explore together what feels most supportive and meaningful for you.
