I strive to create a therapeutic space that is a non-pathologizing, authentic, and collaborative relationship, and draw from anti-oppressive and liberatory therapeutic approaches to uplift the expertise my clients bring to our treatment. I have specialized training in behavior therapy (including dialectical behavior therapy and exposure and response prevention therapy), mindfulness based therapy, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy. I have over a decade of experience as a professional care worker with sex workers, LGBQ folks, trans and gender expansive people, and those engaged in non-normative relationship practices such as kink, BDSM, and polyamory.
