Queer & Trans Affirming

I have over five years of experience providing direct care to queer and gender expansive people, those in non-traditional relationships and involved in kink communities, people living with HIV and other chronic illnesses, those navigating gender transition, and survivors of trauma. I have experience providing psychodynamic, relational and behavioral therapies such as CBT and DBT. I have a particular clinical interest in working with activists, non-profit employees, and those involved in social justice work experiencing burnout. My approach to therapy is trauma- informed, client centered, and rooted in anti-racist and feminist practice. I strive to create a therapeutic space where you will not be pathologized, where your strengths will be recognized, and your vulnerability kept safe.
