I work with adults who sense that the story organizing their lives no longer quite holds. Often there are questions about identity, desire, belief, or belonging that feel difficult to name all at once. Many of the people I see are queer or trans, or are untangling religious or cultural systems that once shaped them. My approach is psychodynamic and psychoanalytic—less focused on fixing symptoms quickly, and more interested in understanding how they formed and what they are trying to say. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, to think, and to listen for what has been muted or exiled. I’m interested in helping you build a life that feels less inherited and more consciously chosen.
