i offer embodied decolonial therapy that is relational, non-linear, and sacred, supporting queer, trans, bipoc, non-monogamous, and neurodivergent adult individuals, couples, polycules, and families. i weave somatic, polyvagal, narrative, ifs, relational, creative, and spiritual tools. i offer sliding scale options and meet clients where they are.
healing with me is about remembering who you were before oppression tried to name you and coming home to yourself at your own pace. together we co-create healing grounded in tenderness, interdependence, and remembrance with our ancestors, spirit, and the land that holds us.
