I’m kristine, the lesbian founder of IFS Dating & Matchmaking and a certified matchmaker. I also bring training in IFIO Couples Therapy and IFS Level 3 Individual Therapt to my work.
We help singles better notice the different parts of themselves — and better discern the parts of others.
I offer two services: Relational Wealth, which uses an Internal Family Systems lens (often woven with financial psychology) to help clients build real self-awareness before or alongside dating, and IFS Matchmaking for clients ready to take that next step.
Both are built around the same idea — real self-understanding leads to better choices and greater compatibility, not just more options. I’m happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation to those who are curious, provider and/or client.
