I specialize in family-of-origin and childhood trauma, major life stressors or transitions, and relationship issues. Many people I work with want to process their experiences, understand their impact on their lives, and reconnect with themselves and their communities in meaningful ways. I approach this work holistically, considering the intersection of non-linear, non-pathologizing, justice-oriented, and liberation-centered care. I’m committed to providing inclusive and equitable services that remind us of our humanity, imagination, and possibility. I work with adults, individuals, couples, multi-partnerships, and polycules. Therapy is available in Michigan, New York, and Florida and coaching services are available worldwide.
