I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker offering collaborative, creative, and strengths-based therapy. Rooted in psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed approaches, I create a space where you can show up fully—curious, overwhelmed, messy, or hopeful—and be met with care and curiosity.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic illness, grief, and LGBTQ+ identity. As a queer and trans therapist, I know how powerful it is to be seen and affirmed without needing to explain yourself. I earned my MSW from the Smith College School for Social Work, a program rooted in psychodynamic and anti-oppressive practice. I currently offer virtual therapy in the state of New York.
