With over a decade in social services, I effectively address unique challenges holistically. Holding dual Masters degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Counseling Psychology from Columbia University, my approach draws from classical education dedicated to social justice pedagogy. I integrate interactive somatic mindfulness techniques, including the Hakomi method, fostering communication with your body. Fueled by a genuine love for the Law of Attraction, I bring a personable style filled with joy for the journey of awakening!
