I’m Kate (she/her/hers), a queer clinician who specializes in working with students, athletes, young adults, and professionals. I have over 5 years of experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe in each individual’s unique humanity, and I take a person-centered approach to meet you where you are in your mental health journey. I provide a safe and welcoming space where you can explore all of yourself without judgment. My goal is to help you gain insight into your emotions, thought processes, beliefs, and behaviors so you can make the changes you are seeking. You are the expert of YOU - I am here to learn from you and to support, challenge, and empower you to become your most authentic self.
