I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing LGBTQIA2+, NB/GNC, CNM/Poly/RA, SW, & Kink/BDSM affirming and competent psychotherapy, sex therapy, and relationship therapy. I utilize Narrative Therapy, Feminist Theory, Person Centered Therapy, mindfulness, Psychodynamic Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support those who are looking to increase awareness about needs and desires or are seeking deeper meaning and satisfaction in their lives and relationships. I strive to cultivate a safe space to discuss and normalize the vastness of human sexuality and sexual expression. I believe in the transformative power of human sexuality, intimacy, and touch and work within a relational, trauma-informed, pleasure-oriented, anti-racist, anti-oppresive, and intersectional framework.
