I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and bipolar disorder trauma. I use medication management in conjunction with therapies, like solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention, and internal family systems. I have also found much success with alternative therapies including a psychedelic assisted therapy.
