Hi! I’m a polyamorous lesbian trans woman. I work with queer and trans clients with experiences of anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, BPD, OCD, FND, and dissociation. I use my own lived experience with neurodivergence and queer/trans identity to guide my approach and create a space for clients to express and explore themselves without reservation. I’m also kink-affirming, sex-positive, and believe each client’s therapeutic journey is built on their priorities and self-expertise. I like to introduce elements from various approaches to tailor treatment to the natural flow of a client’s needs. I usually work with existential and psychodynamic techniques, am trained in ERP. I’m also familiar with CBIT for treatment of Tourette syndrome, and am IFS and EMDR-informed.
