Kai Coca

Mental Health Counselor
LGBTQ+/Disability/Child/Adult
MHC-LP, EdM

I’m Kai Coca, my pronouns are they/them. I am a limited permit counselor who just received my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Teacher’s College. I am experienced in serving those living with depression, anxiety/panic, trauma, relationship issues, sexual orientation/gender identity & expression exploration, and disability/chronic illness, and have worked with children, teens, and adults. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients to help them meet their needs using a queer, multicultural, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming framework. I believe that lived experience is the best form of education and recognize that clients are the experts in their own lives. Please note that I am 100% virtual.
