Telling your story takes courage. Together, we can begin to determine how you can tell that story in a way that feels the most authentic to you, your experiences, and your identities. As a trans and nonbinary therapist, I deeply understand the importance of living authentically and being your true self. In therapy, we will work together to deconstruct these narratives and create new ones that feel more authentic and true to who you are. I specialize in working with OCD and utilize ERP and ACT in order to help clients create a life that feels free from obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. Using this approach, along with narrative therapy and DBT, we will work through the story of you and help you to create a life in which you feel freer to be you.
I am in-network with Aetna, NYU Student Health Insurance (Wellfleet/Cigna), and Columbia Student Health Insurance.
