Everyone deserves a soft place to land, a space to gather, to explore themselves deeply, and to heal. As a therapist this is what I hope to provide to each of my clients. I engage in my practice with an eclectic blend of theoretical approaches within a relational, anti-racist, trauma-informed, and person-centered lens. I find particular joy in supporting individuals of larger size and of queer and/or trans experience in gaining bodily liberation through somatic healing and empowerment. I believe love is more than just a feeling, but a practice, and encourage my clients to engage in the therapeutic process with love, tenderness, and self-compassion as I believe this is where true liberation and healing is most possible.
